**Job Description: Showroom Sales Associate - Decorative Lighting**

**Position Overview**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at our decorative lighting showroom. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers looking for decorative lighting solutions. You will assist customers in selecting the right products to fit their needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance based on their lighting needs.
- Educate customers on various decorative lighting products, features, and benefits.
- Understand customers' aesthetic preferences and guide them in selecting suitable lighting fixtures for their homes or businesses.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- **Sales & Product Knowledge**:

- Actively engage in sales by recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and new arrivals to provide expert advice.
- Help customers visualize lighting installations by demonstrating product features in the showroom.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in arranging product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock showroom inventory and update displays regularly to reflect new arrivals or promotions.
- **Processing Sales**:

- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in processing orders, including customer follow-ups and delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer information and track sales activity.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve showroom sales goals.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- **Post-Sale Follow-up**:

- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Offer additional recommendations or services, such as installation or after-sales support.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or design education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home decor, lighting, or interior design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for design and an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of decorative lighting trends and products is an advantage.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry lighting fixtures and merchandise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
