**Job Title: Key Account Executive**

**Location**: Noida, Sector 63
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **after-sales support** for international clients (primarily UK and US).
- Provide accurate and complete information and solutions to customers.
- Manage difficult conversations including **refund requests** with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Understand and align with company policies while resolving client issues.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in a customer-facing or key account role, preferably in international markets.
- **Experience in EdTech** industry will be highly preferred.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills in English.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in handling **refund conversations** and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
