**Job Description: Key Account Manager for Stock Market Broker House**

**Position Title**: Key Account Manager

**Department**: Sales/Client Services

**Reports To**: Head of Sales/Director of Client Services

**Position Summary**:
The Key Account Manager at a stock market brokerage firm is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients. This role involves providing personalized service, financial advice, and market insights to clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty. The Key Account Manager will also work to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s overall growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial goals and investment preferences.
- Provide personalized investment advice and tailored financial solutions to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Market Analysis and Advisory**:

- Monitor market trends, financial news, and economic data to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
- Present market insights and investment opportunities through regular reports and meetings.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase account revenue.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and manage account operations smoothly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor client accounts for signs of unusual activity and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account details.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and sales activities.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage client information and sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, research, and trading teams to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
- Share market insights and client feedback with colleagues to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role in the stock market or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of stock market operations, investment products, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63) are a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with potential for remote work flexibility.
- May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Regular office hours with occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs and market events.
