**Duties**:
- Develop and deliver end-to-end communications that support the business’s culture, growth ambitions, and strategic priorities across both internal and external audiences.
- Write expertly crafted communications that are simple, clear, and tailored to the needs of employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate, plan, and deliver employee engagement activities and events (in-person and virtual), including preparation of talking points, scripts, and presentations.
- Support external communications activity, such as drafting press releases, assisting with social media, and preparing content for external events and campaigns.
- Take complex or technical information and translate it into clear, relevant, and engaging messages.
- Advise stakeholders on effective communication approaches including channel mix, messaging, presentations, and best practice.
- Proactively support the administration and coordination of Employee Engagement Networks, while also assisting with the organisation of external communications campaigns and media activity.
**Qualifications**
**Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong interest in communications and storytelling across both internal and external audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for employees, media, and stakeholders
- Good organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite for reporting, planning, and tracking engagement
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and brand voice
