**Job Overview**:
As a **Communication Executive** handling **inbound sales**majorly on **Fiverr**, your role revolves around effectively engaging potential clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth communication to drive conversions.

Below are the key responsibilities:
**1. Client Interaction & Lead Management**
- Respond promptly to incoming messages, inquiries, and service requests.
- Build Report with potential buyers and understand their requirements.
- Provide clear, professional, and persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential leads to maintain engagement and increase the chances of conversion.

**2. Sales & Negotiation**
- Explain service offerings, pricing, and custom packages based on client needs.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to maximize order value.

**3. Proposal & Order Handling**
- Draft well-structured and personalized proposals based on client needs.
- Assist clients in placing orders and guide them through the Fiverr process.
- Ensure proper documentation of client requirements to avoid miscommunication.

**4. Customer Support & Relationship Management**
- Address client concerns, revisions, and clarifications in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive experience to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Build long-term relationships with satisfied clients for potential recurring projects.

**5. Communication & Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service providers, designers, video editors) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep records of conversations and update order statuses for efficient workflow.

**6. Performance & Market Insights**
- Analyze common client inquiries and suggest improvements in service descriptions.
- Gather feedback and suggest enhancements to improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on Fiverr trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
