**Position Overview**:
As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders, promote our brand, and convey our key messages effectively. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company's narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and interview requests.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and strategy, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing timely insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute events, such as press conferences, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
- Train and support team members in communication best practices and crisis management protocols.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, using metrics to inform future strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a communications role, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Strong media relations and crisis communication expertise.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strategic mindset, with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
- Commitment to upholding the company's values and fostering a positive work environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
