**Job Summary**:
The **Client Coordinator** will manage client relationships, ensure smooth communication between clients and the factory, and coordinate the manufacturing and delivery of furniture orders. This role focuses on ensuring that customers' requirements are met and that orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining strong client relations, overseeing order statuses, and ensuring that the production meets quality and timeline expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding orders, production updates, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate with clients about any production delays, changes in specifications, or delivery issues.
- Ensure customers’ needs are clearly understood and conveyed to the production team.
- **Order Coordination**:

- Coordinate customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
- Ensure all customer specifications and requirements are accurately recorded and communicated to the production team.
- Work with the factory team to confirm product availability, production timelines, and order status.
- Monitor the progress of orders through the manufacturing process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Production and Inventory Oversight**:

- Collaborate with the production and inventory teams to ensure that all materials and components required for client orders are available.
- Track and manage any product shortages or issues that might affect order fulfillment.
- Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the manufacturing process.
- **Logistics and Delivery**:

- Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to clients.
- Communicate delivery status to clients, ensuring they are informed of any changes or delays.
- Verify that the final product meets customer specifications before shipping.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of client orders, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Process client invoices and ensure timely payment collections.
- Assist with generating reports on client satisfaction, order completion rates, and delivery times.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order confirmations as needed.
- **Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Address any client concerns regarding product quality, delivery delays, or order discrepancies.
- Work with the relevant internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any potential issues.
- **Sales and Upselling Support**:

- Assist the sales team by providing product information and updates on client orders.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or sales in a manufacturing or furniture industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
- **Additional Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing techniques or the ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the product line is beneficial.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
