- Develop and manage referral programs.
- Achieve patient acquisition targets through strategic sales initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and address their needs.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Track and report referral performance and outcomes.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
