Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – Healthcare Quality Projects, located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare quality improvement projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, collaborating with healthcare teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves facilitating training programs and obtaining quality accreditations for healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Experience in Quality Improvement and Accreditation processes (NABH, NABL, JCI, AACI, NQAS)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in hospital operations and management is a plus
