Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals across various specialties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and allied support staff.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Stay current with industry trends, labor laws, and best recruiting practices within the US healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals in the US market.
- Proven track record of successful healthcare placements.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
