Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruiting of a variety of Healthcare Professionals.
- Able to utilize a wide variety of employment marketplaces, resume databases, social networks, referrals, and current ATS for sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Must possess an appropriate level of computer literacy
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Must have the ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals.
- Proven work experience of being results-oriented, self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
