**Position Title: Installation & Network Supervisor**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified Supervisor with expertise in installation, networking, and cabling, specifically tailored for fixing Etiicos Smart Nurse Call systems. This role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these systems to ensure seamless operation in healthcare settings.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Installation & Maintenance**:

- Lead the installation and setup of Etiicos Smart Nurse Call systems in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs promptly.
- Ensure all installations comply with Etiicos Smart Nurse Call specifications and industry standards.

**2. Networking & Configuration**:

- Configure network settings to integrate Etiicos Smart Nurse Call systems into existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimize system performance.
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive patient data.

**3. Cabling & Wiring**:

- Plan and execute cabling installations for nurse call systems, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
- Proficiently crimp RJ45 and RJ11 connectors for Ethernet and telephone connections.
- Maintain tidy and organized cabling infrastructure throughout installations.

**4. Supervision & Leadership**:

- Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate installation schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Generate comprehensive reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in installation, networking, and cabling, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and configurations.
- Proficiency in crimping RJ45 and RJ11 connectors for Ethernet and telephone connections.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
