Job Title: Project Manager – Networking & CCTV Systems

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Networking & CCTV Systems to lead and manage end-to-end ELV projects, including Networking, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and related systems. The role requires a strong leader who can guide site supervisors, manage teams, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ELV projects (Networking, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.) from initiation to completion.
  • Guide and supervise site supervisors and technical teams in day-to-day execution.
  • Assess project requirements and plan team sizing, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support, adopt new technologies, and ensure implementation across projects.
  • Review project drawings, layouts, and designs (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards at all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (EEE/ECE preferred) / BEEE.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management of Networking & CCTV/ELV systems.
  • AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.

Other Requirements:

  • Ready to travel to project locations anywhere in India.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ELV systems, Networking, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
