**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the US-based Sales team to expedite the flow of business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities accordingly.
- Address potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- Conduct secondary research on company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts.
- Perform competitor analysis and position our offerings effectively.
- Deliver first-level Corporate Overview Presentations.
- Pre-qualify business opportunities by assessing budget, authority, need, and timeline.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales within a software company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong soft skills including pitching, probing, objection handling, and rapport building.
- Proficiency in professional business conversational etiquette.
- Ability to communicate effectively while working independently in a high-pressure and often ambiguous work environment.
- Capability to maintain and expand the company’s prospect database.

**Timing**:

- US Timings (may vary between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. IST, not exceeding 8 hours per day).
- Mondays will commence at approximately 4:00 p.m. IST.

**Location**:

- Currently based in Bangalore.
- Work from Home within Bangalore.
- Mondays will be hybrid.
