We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join Jay Ganesh Enterprises, a leading kids clothing manufacturer and export house in Kolkata, India. As an Inventory Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to manage and report on all inventory-related activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize stock levels.
- Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging inventory, and discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to plan inventory replenishment.
- Streamline inventory management processes to increase efficiency.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and update records.
- Liaise with other departments to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Conduct compliance checks and address any inventory discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in inventory management or related roles preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Notice-15 days-30 days

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
