**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential new suppliers for raw materials
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and effective communication
- Monitor and manage vendor performance, including on-time delivery and quality of goods
- Develop and maintain supply chain processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the têxtile industry
- Use Excel and various portals to manage data and information related to sourcing and purchasing

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, preferably in the têxtile industry
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Excel and various portals for data management

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
