**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Assist in budgeting, costing, and price management.
- Manage logistics and supply chain operations for timely replenishment.
- Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and stock verification.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Support product development, sample approval, and line planning.
- Build relationships with suppliers and vendors for sourcing and procurement.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proven sales acumen with the ability to lead teams to achieve targets.
- Experience in sales training, team motivation, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel frequently for store audits and inspections.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in retail merchandising within the garments/apparel industry.
- Educational background in Fashion, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
