We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Production Manager at Jay Ganesh. As a leading apparel manufacturer, we specialize in producing high-quality garments for various markets. In this role, you will work closely with managers and perform various tasks to ensure smooth production operations and timely order fulfilment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support managers in coordinating and overseeing production activities for efficient order completion.
- Maintain accurate records of apparel production status, including order tracking and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule activities, allocate resources, and manage priorities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement workflow optimization measures.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular quality checks.
- Assist in training and development of production staff, providing guidance as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance and improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in apparel production.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all production-related activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address production-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
