Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apparel/Accessories Production Manager located in Kolkata. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from design concept to final product. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality control, and supervising the production team. The role also involves tracking inventory, handling logistics, and maintaining production budgets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, supply chain coordination, and inventory tracking
  • Skills in quality control, process optimization, and team supervision
  • Knowledge of garment and fabric production techniques and industry standards
  • Proficiency in logistics, vendor management, and budget maintenance
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Fashion Design, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the apparel export industry is a must
