Mentor individuals or teams on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Google Analytics.
- Develop tailored learning plans and resources to meet the specific needs and skill levels of mentees.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Google Analytics best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Assist mentees in setting up Google Analytics accounts, implementing tracking codes, and configuring properties and views.
- Guide mentees in interpreting Google Analytics reports and metrics to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for technical issues related to Google Analytics implementation and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, features, and updates in Google Analytics and related digital analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate Google Analytics into broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Offer ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to mentees to help them continuously improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring programs and initiatives and propose improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, including proficiency in setting up accounts, configuring tracking, and analyzing data.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching others, preferably in the context of digital marketing or analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or equivalent are preferred.
- Familiarity with other digital analytics tools and platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,229.64 - ₹37,298.66 per month
