Job description:

We are looking for a results-driven Specialist with over 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid advertising strategies to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation extensions is highly desirable to stay competitive in the evolving digital landscape.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, and Video Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting using both traditional and AI-enhanced tools.
  • Write compelling ad copies and perform A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Set up and manage Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights using AI-based analytics dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates in Google Ads, and AI-driven PPC best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹370, ₹480,000.00 per year
