**Job Description: Entrepreneurship Mentor**

**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one mentorship to entrepreneurs, offering actionable insights and advice on business strategy, market analysis, and operational planning.
- Assist mentees in refining business ideas, crafting pitches, and developing viable business models.
- **Training and Workshops**:

- Conduct training sessions on key entrepreneurial skills, including opportunity identification, business planning, risk management, and growth strategies.
- Facilitate workshops on critical topics such as fundraising, investor relations, and market penetration.
- **Strategic Support**:

- Help mentees create and implement strategic plans for their startups or projects.
- Share expertise on scaling businesses, improving processes, and achieving financial sustainability.
- **Networking and Resources**:

- Connect mentees with relevant industry contacts, investors, and resources to support their entrepreneurial journey.
- Offer guidance on leveraging incubators, accelerators, and other startup support systems.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor the progress of mentees and provide regular feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Document key milestones and provide insights into areas of improvement or innovation.
- **Inspiration and Motivation**:

- Encourage mentees to embrace challenges and develop resilience in the face of entrepreneurial obstacles.
- Share personal experiences and lessons learned to inspire and empower mentees.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Entrepreneurial Experience**: Proven track record in founding, managing, or scaling successful businesses.
- **Business Expertise**: Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
- **Coaching and Mentoring**: Experience mentoring startups, entrepreneurs, or business professionals.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical skills to provide practical solutions and strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Experience working in or with startups, incubators, or accelerators.
- Access to a robust professional network that mentees can leverage.
- Certifications in coaching, business mentoring, or related areas are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹862.65 - ₹1,355.16 per day
