About the Program

The FutrX Young Entrepreneur Program by Futr Markets is a unique, hands-on platform for highly driven young individuals who dream of becoming entrepreneurs — but may not have the funds to start their own venture.

We don't expect you to invest anything — we invest in you.

Futr Markets provides the training, funding, and business infrastructure you need to learn, perform, and grow into a local market leader within our ecosystem.

Each selected candidate will be allocated a specific geographical zone within Chennai, trained in sales and field marketing, and mentored to build that region as a Futr Markets Local Agency.

Those who achieve targeted turnover milestones will be promoted to official Futr Markets partners, managing their own business unit with ongoing support and supply from us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute sales and marketing strategies across retail and distribution channels.
  • Develop strong B2B relationships with local stores, retailers, and distributors.
  • Handle on-ground market development and customer engagement activities.
  • Track leads, orders, and performance to meet assigned business goals.
  • Work closely with Futr Markets leadership to scale your assigned zone.
