Company Description AI Forge India is a subsidiary of AI Forge, a global AI incubator based in London that supports over 45 new AI startups each year. Focused on driving innovation and solving real-world challenges, the organization empowers entrepreneurs to disrupt industries and foster economic development. AI Forge offers a comprehensive 12-week program, with hands-on collaboration during 8 weeks of in-person sessions, conducted three times a year with 25 startups in each cohort. Startups also benefit from connections with experienced mentors and leading corporates to enhance their scaling potential and ensure success. This is the role for someone who wants to build the most exciting AI incubator in India and make it the beating heart of a global group stretching across 10 cities. The Mission AI Forge is an unusually complex machine with a lot of moving parts. You will need to be adaptable, creative, fast, and above all resilient. Your world will span 7 ecosystems, and you must be 'fluent' in all of them: - India’s hyper-active startup & founder community - University TTOs & PhD spinout pipelines - A deep network of credible mentors - Corporates hungry for AI innovation hackathons - Exited founders & AI experts who fuel the program - Government agencies offering grants & support - Investors: angels, VCs, family offices providing funding our founders This is full-throttle entrepreneurship , not management-by-committee.
