Are you a digital marketing enthusiast skilled in using data to drive effective decision-making? We are seeking a Digital Ad Conversion Tracking Specialist to enhance our advertising campaigns on both Google and Facebook platforms. This crucial role aims to refine our advertising strategies to ensure optimal return on investment, specifically focusing on WordPress platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Google Conversion Tracking**:

- Implement and manage Google Ad conversion tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for WordPress websites.
- Analyze Google Ad performance to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accuracy and functionality of all tracking implementations on Google platforms.

**Facebook Conversion Tracking**:

- Set up and optimize Facebook conversion tracking with Facebook Pixel on WordPress websites.
- Monitor and analyze Facebook advertising campaigns to optimize strategies based on tracking data.
- Ensure the integrity and precision of Facebook Pixel implementations and data reporting.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO and PPC strategies are aligned with tracking data across platforms.
- Develop and refine attribution models to better understand the customer journey on WordPress platforms.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, especially SEO/SEM.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
