The Role:
We're looking for an experienced performance marketer with a strong background in eCommerce to join our fast-growing team. This is a senior-level role for someone who has spent at least 5 years in a digital marketing agency environment, working across multiple eCommerce accounts and driving measurable results.
Your main focus will be on developing and executing high-converting advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for the entire ad lifecycle — from strategy to creative briefing to campaign execution and optimisation. If you love combining data with creativity and can confidently lead performance marketing across platforms, this role is for you.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 5 years in digital marketing agencies. With mandatory experience on e-commerce accounts.
This is a Remote job.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Work primarily with eCommerce clients, driving product sales through full-funnel campaigns
- Build and optimise campaigns for both cold acquisition and retargeting across paid platforms
- Create clear and effective creative briefs for designers and collaborate with them to deliver high-converting ad creatives
- Stay on top of data — continuously track, test, and improve performance based on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
- Manage lead generation campaigns where applicable, optimising for quality and conversion
- Provide monthly performance insights, campaign recommendations, and testing roadmaps to internal teams or clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO/content, dev, and design teams to align campaign goals
What You'll Bring:
- Agency experience only — minimum 5 years in a digital marketing agency (in-house experience alone won't be considered)
- Proven track record managing eCommerce ad accounts with substantial monthly budgets
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs and how to scale accounts profitably
- Experience with creative collaboration — working with designers to bring briefs and concepts to life
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and knows how to build a campaign roadmap from scratch
- Analytical mindset — confident in using GA4, Looker Studio, platform dashboards, and Excel/Sheets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present strategy and results clearly
