**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Understand client goals, target audience, and business objectives
- Create effective PPC strategies tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

2. Campaign Setup & Management
- Set up Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns
- Structure ad groups, select relevant keywords, and write compelling ad copies
- Manage bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience targeting

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce costs

4. Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, or native integrations
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
- Provide recommendations based on data insights

5. Reporting & Client Communication
- Deliver clear, concise performance reports (weekly or monthly)
- Provide strategic insights and explain optimizations to clients
- Recommend budget scaling or adjustments based on results

6. Staying Up to Date
- Keep current with Google Ads policy updates, trends, and beta features
- Continuously test and implement new features to enhance performance
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 3-5 years)
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
