About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Noida to work on our internal CRM platform powered by Perfex CRM (PHP, CodeIgniter). Your primary role will involve backend module customization and API integration with Zoho CRM, but you should also be capable of handling frontend views, UI adjustments, and deployment tasks when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize and extend existing modules in Perfex CRM
- Build new custom modules (e.g. Quotes, Project Tracker, Proposal Manager, etc.)
- Integrate with Zoho CRM API using OAuth2 & REST
- Create, manage and maintain relational database structures (MySQL)
- Implement logic for permissions, approval flows, activity logs
- Handle frontend structure using Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML/CSS
- Coordinate with in-house frontend and Zoho specialists for unified delivery
- Support deployments, testing, and live bug fixes

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience with PHP + CodeIgniter (v3 preferred)
- Experience in working with Perfex CRM or similar modular CRM tools
- Deep understanding of MySQL: joins, indexing, DB schema
- API integration experience, especially with Zoho CRM
- Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery or vanilla)
- Familiar with Git-based workflows, MVC architecture

**Bonus (Good to Have)**:

- Experience customizing CRM tools.
- Exposure to deploying apps on Linux or shared hosting servers
- Prior experience in B2B tools, internal ops dashboards, or SaaS modules
