We are digitizing our operations through Perfex CRM, advanced networking, and smart IT systems. We are looking for an IT Support Executive to manage our day-to-day IT needs and ensure smooth operations across the company.

Role Overview

As an IT Support Executive, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi, and other IT systems across the office. You will also assist in managing our CRM platform (Perfex), support staff with software tools, and coordinate with vendors/consultants for advanced network and server setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Handle network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPNs).
  • Manage and maintain user accounts & access controls (Google Workspace, Perfex CRM, etc.).
  • Support and maintain office Wi-Fi systems, routers (MikroTik), and switches (TP-Link/PoE).
  • Perform basic server and system administration (Ubuntu/Windows servers, backups, antivirus).
  • Document IT processes, asset inventory, and keep system configurations updated.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for advanced setups (RouterOS, VLANs, firewall).
  • Ensure IT security best practices (password hygiene, access policies, backup monitoring).
  • Assist in software installations, updates, and license management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support/helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and basic Linux troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Perfex CRM, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of MikroTik RouterOS or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of data backup practices and IT security basics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to support and guide non-technical staff.
