Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer NX Support located in Noida and other location. The Engineer NX Support will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of the NX software on various operating systems. Daily tasks may include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting customers with software-related queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency with various Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
