About the role:

We're looking for an experienced IAM Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role focuses on ForgeRock Access Management (AM) support,

including incident handling, problem management, and change control, while ensuring high system performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support for ForgeRock AM, including incident, problem, and change management

Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues

Coordinate with customer teams and act as the primary IAM contact onsite

Handle application onboarding, SSO integration, and workflow customization

Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance

Generate reports and documentation on IAM operations

Develop scripts, rules, and workflows for automation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of IAM support experience with ForgeRock OpenAM

Hands-on experience in large-scale IAM environments

Good understanding of Java, SQL, REST APIs, Active Directory/LDAP

Exposure to SailPoint IIQ (preferred)

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer handling experience
