Strong approach in Cold Calling to reach the IT decision-makers and Influencers (prospects) and generating qualified BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) leads for Sales.
Callings right party audience to generate the interest to achieve the business objective of the organization.
Should have robust exposure in Linkedin Sales Navigator, A talent should know to approach right through Linkedin networking and generating the business.

Focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) as our key objective will be acquiring New logos spread across major industry verticals & Locations.

Probing prospects with appropriate questions to identify the requirement and position relevant NeoSOFT offerings.

Co-ordination with the Sales Teams for status updates on BANT Leads assigned to them.

Maintaining DSR (daily statics report), Lead report & Database.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai - 400028, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
