**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations & Execution**
- Build and optimize day-to-day operations and workflows
- Lead onboarding of service providers (contractors, businesses, etc.
- Create SOPs and manage remote teams/virtual assistants

**Strategic Planning**
- Work closely with the founder to implement the company’s strategic plan
- Break long-term goals into weekly and monthly execution plans
- Track KPIs and use data to improve operations

**Business Development**
- Lead partnerships with service providers, advertisers, and corporate clients
- Manage outreach to vendors and local businesses to grow the platform
- Identify new markets and service categories for expansion

**Team Management**
- Recruit, train, and manage team members (content creators, onboarding reps, VAs)
- Build a positive, productive, and scalable internal culture
- Set team KPIs and oversee task execution

**Financial Oversight**
- Work with bookkeepers and accountants to manage budgets and financial health
- Help optimize pricing models and partner commission structures
- Oversee Stripe integration, subscriptions, and revenue tracking

**Product & Tech Support**
- Collaborate with the app developers to prioritize feature development
- Translate business needs into technical tasks for the dev team
- Provide feedback loops based on user, vendor, and market input

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: Remote
