- **OBJECTIVES**_
- _**Transition responsibilities and build relationships with existing leadership team**_
- _**Build long term brand value**_
- _**Increase company’s positive social impact**_
- _**Realize company's long term vision with effective leadership**_
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- _**Work with Executive Chair to set high-level strategy**_
- _**Manage all departments including - production, sales, marketing, admin/HR**_
- _**Cultivate a productive, positive work culture which honors company’s values**_
- _**Manage cash flow**_
- _**Raise capital**_
- _**Lead investor communications**_
- _**Manage team to ensure all brand standards are universally met/exceeded**_
- _**Promote enthusiasm for company's brand, vision, and impact internally and externally**_
- _**Host quarterly board meetings**_
- _**Recruit, hire, & train department heads (if needed)**_
- _**Exceptional business development and strategic planning skills - with marketing as the key.**_
- _**Exceptional management skills and track record of managing a diverse team**_
- _**eCommerce/DTC business development expertise (esp. consumer brands)**_
- _**Highly collaborative work style and commitment to growing the responsibilities and opportunities of the team**_
- _**Leadership experience and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders**_
- _**Passion for business and consumer brands**_
- _**Alignment with company's values**_
- **preferred QUALIFICATION**_
- _**1+ years of c-level experience ( CEO,CMO) at a consumer brand.**_
- _**3+ years in the consumer packaged goods.**_
- _**MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.**_
- _**Marketing/brand building (esp. for consumer brands)**_
- _**Manufacturing operations experience**_
- _**Product development**_
- _**Food production/manufacture**_
- _**Track record of providing and scaling exceptional customer experience**_
- _**Sales & partnerships**_
- _**Leadership in sustainability practices & social responsibility**_
- _**Financial management**_
