**Vacancy: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)**

**Job Summary**:
Prabhu Steels, a reputed name in the steel manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced **Chief Finance Officer (CFO)** to lead its financial operations. The CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, cost control, and strategic decision-making, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the finance and accounts team across budgeting, MIS, audits, and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act).
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee costing, inventory control, and margin analysis specific to manufacturing.
- Implement robust internal controls and ERP-based financial systems.
- Provide strategic inputs to the Board and contribute to business expansion planning.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks and investment opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- **Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or MBA in Finance (preferred from a reputed institute).
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years** in finance and accounts; at least **5 years in a leadership role** within the **manufacturing sector**.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, direct & indirect taxation, and cost control in a factory setup.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with promoters and department heads.
