**Role Overview**:The Office Assistant in the CXO (Chief Executive Officer/Chief Experience Officer) Office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the highest-level executive office within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the CXO and their office.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CXO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of important documents.
**Meeting Coordination**:Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, collating materials, and distributing minutes.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for board meetings, strategy sessions, and other high-level gatherings.
**Communication Liaison**:Serve as a point of contact between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, effectively managing communication flow.
**Office Operations**:Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the office is well-equipped and operational.
Liaise with facilities and IT departments to address any office-related issues promptly.
**Special Projects**:Support the CXO in special projects, research assignments, and initiatives that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
**Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and vendors.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,739.68 per month
