Office Assistant

**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 1 -2Years
Prior experience in IT hardware technical support is preferred.
**ROLES AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing the filing system.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Recording information as needed.
- Meeting clients and dealers as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties.
- Coordinating workers as necessary and site supervision when needed.
- Maintaining Procurement, delivery of material, Arranging materials and labors for sites.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree and above.
- 1years prior experience in IT hardware technical support is preferred.
- Proven success in office coordination
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
