INKEL Ltd, a leading EPC, PMC, and renewable energy project PPP conglomerate, is seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**to oversee and manage the financial operations of one of its group companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis.
- Oversee audits, taxation, and risk management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, planning, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred.

Pay: ₹35,015.10 - ₹114,120.41 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Cost accounting: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (required)

License/Certification:

- Chartered Accountant (required)

**Location**:

- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
