Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Screening
- Conduct first-level interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview & Selection
- Evaluate applicants based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Provide hiring recommendations to management.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Manage end-to-end joining formalities, including offer letters, document verification, and induction.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Sales Team Development
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand team requirements and target profiles.
- Recruit and build a high-performing sales team aligned with business objectives.
- Support retention initiatives by ensuring cultural fit and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales hiring.
- Strong knowledge of Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
