Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address tasks and issues before they arise.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records efficiently.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent communication skills** - both written and verbal.
- **Strong organizational and time-management abilities.**:
- Ability to **proactively manage tasks** with mínimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in an executive support role is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
