**Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of executives, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Communication : Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Meeting Coordination : Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Travel Arrangements : Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
Confidentiality : Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
