**About Us**

We are a manufacturer of high-quality **UV Curable Gel Nail Polish**, formulated specifically for professional use in salons, by nail technicians, and in nail art academies. Our products are HEMA-free, long-lasting, and salon-grade, already trusted by beauty professionals. We are now expanding our presence across **salon chains, nail art schools, and professional distributors in Maharashtra** and looking for a Feild sales Executive to lead this effort.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, Visit & build a network of nail salons, nail art schools, and nail techs - starting in Maharashtra (MMR region).
- Plan and execute **product sampling and demo programs** to drive salon-level adoption.
- Create and lead **marketing campaigns** targeting the professional beauty segment.
- Organize events, workshops, and **in-salon activations** to promote the product.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing with **on-ground salon acquisition efforts**.
- Develop B2B brochures, sample kits, and promotional materials for salon outreach.
- Collect feedback from the field to guide product messaging and improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **B2B marketing or beauty product sales**, preferably in salons or the nail industry.
- Strong local knowledge of the **Maharashtra professional beauty market**.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with salon professionals and educators.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to **field marketing and sampling**.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
