**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Visit clients at their locations to present products/services and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activity to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
- Represent the company professionally in the field at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local market and customer base.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable).
- Fluency in Hindi and English.

**Salary**: 15,000 to 25,000
**Working Hours**: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
