**Job Summary**:
The Sales Officer in the chemical industry will be responsible for driving sales of chemical products to industrial clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Officer will work closely with the product development and technical teams to offer customers the best chemical solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and target potential customers in the chemical industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote the company’s chemical products (e.g., raw materials, specialty chemicals, additives) to new and existing clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and uses of each product.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Technical Support**: Work closely with the technical or R&D team to offer product knowledge, technical specifications, and solutions to customers.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and new product innovations in the chemical industry.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by selling chemical products and services effectively.
- **Negotiations & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable agreements for the company.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the sales manager, highlighting key activities and results.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with travel required to meet clients.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
