**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist & Admin Executive (2 Years Experience)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Prepare job offers and assist in negotiating salary packages.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, training coordination, and orientation.
- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
- Assist with employer branding activities to attract top talent.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Manage general office operations
- Maintain office supplies, track inventory, and ensure the office environment remains organized.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Perform HR functions by maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Handle office expenses, process invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation as required.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and office management.
