**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Liaise with clients and handle B2B sales inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Ensure excellent communication between internal teams and external clients.
**Qualifications**
- Education: MBA degree with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in B2B sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
**Other Requirements**:
- Experience in the premium dry fruits business is a plus.
- Must be able to manage sales operations without field work.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
