**Job Designation: Quality Controller (**Production Merchandiser)

**Experience**: 2-3 Years

**Qualification**: B. Tech (Garment Technology & Design)

Your goal as a Product Development Merchandiser would be to improve the quality of the garments by utilizing your knowledge of garment construction & technology. You will also be devising production strategies that focus on cost-effective, on-time delivery and maximizing quality. Alongside you will be the bridge between the design & the production departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for product development and enhancing the production quality to continuously improve & maintain brand’s quality standards.
- You should have detailed understanding of Production Tech pack creation and will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely pre-production (PP) samples for approval as per Tech Packs.
- Coordinating the production planning of products and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring that production schedules are met.
- Preparation of Cost sheets, BOM Sheets and T&A for production Process.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the best quality standards. This includes inspecting samples, conducting quality tests, and identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed.
- Ensure that all materials & trims are available for production and that they meet the required quality standards.
- Manage and track sample development timelines to ensure timely delivery of samples.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sample-related activities to Continuously evaluate and improve sample development processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- A technical degree in Fashion Technology/Garment or relevant
- Good knowledge of Fabrics & raw materials
- Well versed Garment Construction & Technology
- Knowledge of CAM- Computerized Stitching & Embroidery, Digital Printing and Pattern Making and other processes of high fashion garments manufacturing.
- T&A Management
- Production Process Planning & follow up.
- Hands on experience with MS- Office Package

Additionally, Should Possess good communication Skills, ability to learn & keep up with current trends, should be multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized in work.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
