Production & Quality Supervisor

We are looking for innovative Production & Quality Supervisors to join our organization. In this position, you will oversee and develop production systems in the factory. Engineering knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to optimize production process for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, manage and oversee daily production. Train, supervise and manage production line workers.

2. Manage monthly planning as per orders and coordinate timely production and packing of goods.

3. Ensure all necessary steps and procedures followed on the machines and assembly lines for “first time right” quality product.

4. Educate machine operators and workers on proper methods of production and assembly.

5. Work out methods to increase productivity and reduce rejections, wastage and losses.

6. Follow product specifications, maintain master samples, and supervise quality control measures.

7. Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems. Delegate right technicians to maintain and repair machinery.

8. Promote KAIZEN amongst workers and highlight ideas for improvement.

9. Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed during the production.

10. Support in timely sampling for new products as per plan.

**Requirements**:
1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word

2. Knowledge of plastic molding machines and post molding operations

3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Immediate joiners are preferred

**Qualifications**:
B.Tech/ Diploma in Plastic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

**Job Location**: Greater Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
