Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Supervisor with a strong focus on inventory management to join our dynamic team. As the Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our manufacturing facility while ensuring efficient inventory control and accuracy. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to lead a team will be crucial in maintaining optimal production levels and minimizing waste. **Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**: Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. Regularly conduct inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

**Production Oversight**: Coordinate and supervise production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are adhered to. Monitor production output and identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of factory workers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Resource Planning**: Collaborate with production planners and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure that necessary materials are available for production activities.

**Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet established specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and work towards implementing preventive measures.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees adhere to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.

**Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on production and inventory performance. Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory levels, stock movements, and production data.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize inventory management processes and production efficiency. Propose and implement initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and lower costs.

**Problem-Solving**: Address any operational challenges that arise promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot production issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role with a strong focus on inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- **Inventory Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with inventory control software is advantageous.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees at all levels.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of production and inventory control simultaneously.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve operations and inventory accuracy.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues and overcoming challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
