**Call centre customer care agents for part time**

**Shift timings - 8am to 2pm / 2pm to 8pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Handle incoming calls from patients with professionalism and empathy.**

**- Provide accurate information, support, and assistance to patients in a courteous manner.**

**- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries effectively.**

**- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy.**

**- Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve patient concerns and issues.**

**- Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care.**

**- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.**

**Requirements**:
**- High school diploma or equivalent.**

**- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.**

**- Strong communication and active listening skills.**

**- Empathetic and patient-focused approach.**

**- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.**

**- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.**
